  2.    License for use and distribution of Active Tray
  3. =========================================================================

  5.    The program Active Tray is shareware. This means:
  6.  
  7. 1. All    copyrights   to   Active Tray   are   exclusively   owned    by
  8.    Divcom Software.
  9.  
  10. 2. Anyone  may  use  this  software during a test  period  of 21 days. If
  11.    you  wish  to  continue to use Active Tray after this period, you must
  12.    register.
  13.  
  14. 3. There are 3 basic types of licenses issued for Active Tray, these are:
  15.  
  16.    a. A single computer USAGE license.  The user purchases ONE license to
  17.    USE Active Tray on ONE computer.
  18.  
  19.    b. A Multiple USAGE license.  The user purchases  a  number  of  USAGE
  20.    licenses  for  use,  by  the purchaser, the  purchaser's  employees or 
  21.    accredited agents, on the same number of computers. 
  22.  
  23.    c. A SITE USAGE license. The user purchases  a  single  USAGE license,
  24.    authorizing the USE of Active Tray, by  the purchaser, the purchaser's
  25.    employees or accredited agents, on an unlimited number of computers at
  26.    the same physical SITE location. This SITE location would normally  be
  27.    defined  as  a single building, but could be considered to be a number
  28.    of buildings within the same, general, geographical location, such  as 
  29.    an industrial estate or small town.

  31.    Once registered, the user is  granted  a  non-exclusive license to use
  32.    Active Tray  on  as  many computers  as defined by the licensing terms
  33.    above according  to  the number  of  licenses purchased, for any legal
  34.    purpose. The  registered  Active Tray  software may  not  be rented or
  35.    leased, but may be permanently transferred, in  it's entirety, if  the
  36.    person receiving  it  agrees to the  terms  of  this  license. If  the 
  37.    software  is  an update, the transfer  must include the update and all
  38.    previous versions.

  40. 4. The  key  received  after  registration  of  Active Tray  may  not  be
  41.    distributed. In case, if your registration key is published  anyplace,
  42.    your license on using Active Tray will be terminated.
  43.  
  44. 5. The Active Tray unregistered version, may  be freely distributed, with
  45.    exceptions  noted  below, provided  the  distribution  package is  not
  46.    modified.
  47.   
  48.    a. No  person  or  company may charge  a  fee for the distribution  of
  49.    Active Tray without written permission from the copyright  holder.
  50.    
  51.    b. The Active Tray  unregistered trial version may  not be bundled  or
  52.    distributed with any other package without  written permission of  the
  53.    copyright holder.
  54.  
  55.    c. Hacks/crack, keys or key generators may not be included on the same
  56.    distribution.

  58. 6. Active Tray is distributed AS IS. No warranty of any kind is expressed
  59.    or implied. You use this software at your own risk. The developer will
  60.    not be liable for data loss, damages, loss  of  profits  or  any other
  61.    kind of loss while using or misusing this software.

  63. 7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  64.    disassemble,  otherwise  reverse   engineer, or  transfer the licensed
  65.    program, or  any  subset of  the licensed program, except  as provided
  66.    for  in  this  agreement. Any  such  unauthorized  use will result  in
  67.    immediate and automatic termination  of  this  license and  may result
  68.    in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  70. 8. Installing  and  using Active Tray signifies acceptance of these terms
  71.    and conditions of the license.
  72.  
  73. 9. If  you do not agree  with terms  of  this license you must remove the
  74.    files of the product from your storage devices and cease to use it.
  75.  
  76.    All  rights  not  expressly granted here are reserved by the copyright
  77.    holder.
